The MMA World Expo is coming back to New York City later this month (less than two weeks to be exact), and we have some inside information on who is coming to the show!

We had mentioned earlier about some of their seminars and the Renzo Gracie no-gi open tournament back when they donated prizes to our Fall Brawl 2010 video game tournament, now we got the scoop on the fighters that will make the show awesome. Coming from the UFC, Jon “Bones” Jones is scheduled to appear, as well as local favorites from New Jersey Jim and Dan Miller and Carlos Condit. M-1 Global is also bringing a few of their American champions in Kenny Garner, Byron Byrd, and Tom Gallicchio. Garner just lost his last match over in Russia last week for the M-1 heavyweight title, and Gallicchio is set to go abroad to fight for a belt on December 11, and Byron actually updated his facebook earlier today confirming his appearance, hence me jumping on this right away! No official times have been announced for the fighters and the card is subject to change as always. According to employees at the expo, they are working on a few more fighters last minute to bring to the show but no names have been mentioned.

This is the second time this event has been held at the Javitts Center, which saw Wanderlei Silva and Matt Hughes appear at their debut. More importantly, this year I have my own booth at the show and there is going to be much good times to be had in my booth! For more information on the event, head to MMAWorldExpo.com. Anyone in NYC coming down to party at the Fight Nerd booth?
